Member News: Osprey Nest Enterprises, in partnership with HARTLINE Communications, Named Communications Agency of Record by the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association for Its Self-Produced Events

Osprey Nest Enterprises LLC, a Tampa Bay-based strategic communications agency founded by PRSA Tampa Bay member and volunteer Lisa Taylor, in partnership with Gainesville-based HARTLINE Communications, has been named the Communications Agency of Record for the Greater Hillsborough County Fair Association’s self-produced events.
The contract encompasses a range of services tailored to support the events produced by the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds staff, including their signature event, the Hillsborough County Fair, as well as Tampa Bay’s Festival of Lights & Santa’s Village, the inaugural Catch the Spirit & Celebrate America July 4th festival and the Back 2 School Bash.
“The Hillsborough County Fairgrounds is becoming known as a venue for family-friendly events for the community,” said Fair Manager Suzanne Holcomb. “By entrusting one communications agency with our diverse, self-produced event portfolio, we can ensure consistent messaging year-round. Following three years of successful collaboration on the Festival of Lights, it was a natural progression to expand our partnership with Osprey Nest and HARTLINE Communications.”
Osprey Nest and HARTLINE Communications have a history of collaboration, working together with multiple entertainment clients across the country, including World of Illumination, Cirque de Paris, Monster Trucks Most Wanted and Zoppe: An Italian Family Circus. Since 2022, they have worked together on the Tampa Bay Rodeo & Family Festival, which takes place at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds. Osprey Nest and HARTLINE Communications have partnered on Tampa Bay’s Festival of Lights & Santa’s Village since 2021 and on this year’s Tampa Bay Rodeo’s Bull Bash & Country Music Festival, an event co-produced by the Hillsborough County Fair and America’s Show Camels.
Founders Lisa Taylor of Osprey Nest and Melinda Hartline of HARTLINE Communications collectively bring more than 50 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Their expertise in communications spans from live touring shows and sports spectaculars to stand-alone events and immersive experiences.
